Tour Details

The 1975’s January 2023 tour, in support of their fifth studio album, Being Funny In A Foreign Language, visited venues in the UK and Ireland including a big homecoming show in Manchester, UK on Jan. 20 with an audio assist from Eighth Day Sound/Clair. “It’s the most complex show I’ve ever worked on,” said FOH engineer Lee McMahon, who needed to factor in reflective surfaces from the elaborate set design and load up his console with 112 inputs. “It’s part sound reinforcement, part sound design, all audience/band interaction.”
