Event Details
Nathan’s annual hot dog eating contest takes place every July 4 at the original Nathan’s Famous hotdog stand on the corner of Surf and Stillwell Avenues in Coney Island, NY. Defending champion Joey Chestnut took the top prize once again by eating 72 hot dogs in this year’s contest, beating out Carmen Cincotti as well as the contest’s winner from 2015, Matt Stonie.
