ANAHEIM, CA – Sennheiser announced the U.S. arrival of distributed brand K-array's latest portable, high performance loudspeaker: the KR400S. Aimed at the live sound and installation markets, the KR400S is designed as a highly space-efficient powered loudspeaker system.
Like the K-array KR200S, the KR400S features a new design and construction the promises high quality output with a small physical footprint, with ancillary benefits including cost savings in production, rigging, transportation and setup.

The KR400S is a two-way loudspeaker designed for small to medium wavefront systems in both mobile and installed applications. It includes two KR400 satellites and two KL21ma powered subwoofers. The KL21ma subwoofers feature a 2,500 watt, 21-inch drive unit with neodymium magnet structure and suspension, engineered for maximum line excursions. Its ultra-light reflex cabinet is fitted with four pocket handles and one 35 mm pole mounting point for easy installation of satellite speakers.

The KR400S also features a line array of 24 by 3-inch high efficiency neodymium magnet drivers enclosed in an ultra-strong chassis; this ensures high resistance and durability in even the most demanding work conditions.

K-array KR400S features include:

  • Unique performance-to-size ratio
  • High power 132 dB continuous, 138 dB peak
  • Fitted with integral handles
  • Line array emission wavefront
