AUBURN, CA — Eric Chun, owner and operator of Auburn-based Creative Music Services (CMS), installed two Bag End powered PTA6002-R speakers at the Chamber of Commerce in Auburn, a small city that’s part of the Sacramento metropolitan area located at the foot of the Sierra Nevada mountains in Northern California.

Bag End’s self-powered PTA6002-R loudspeaker produces high-definition, high impact sound for mid-field and near-field applications from its two 6.5” woofers and E-700 1” exit compression driver on a rotatable 80°x60° dispersion horn. Designed for foreground and background music play, it also excels for speech projection and small P.A. systems, or in larger audio systems, the PTA6002-R is also highly effective as a fill, delay or under-balcony speaker.

For versatility and flexibility to handle a variety of events, the PTA6002-Rs were placed on speaker stands. “They have been a big blessing to the Chamber,” says Chun, adding, “They are working great for all the mixing needs of the Chamber.” Some of these uses include mixer get-togethers, award shows, chamber lunches, speeches and audio-video uses.
