Following successful user trials of its DISPLAY 3 alpha software — leading to some initial improvements and added features – Martin Audio announces that a public Beta release is now available. The Windows 10-based software offers prediction and optimization for Martin’s MLA, Wavefront Precision, O-Line and WPL systems.
This initial Beta 1.0 version only has a select number of products and deployment options included, as well as a limited feature set. Therefore, this release should be used for reviewing initial designs and familiarity with the software, and we recommend that DISPLAY 2 is still the default software for system design and deployment, while DISPLAY 3 evolves.
New Features Include:
- Loudspeaker section planes with element aiming lines
- SPL Color Map with ability to edit maximum and minimum values in Settings
- HRIG bracket for TORUS horizontal deployments
- D3P Settings file export (to VU-NET) with UI to choose which arrays are included
- WPL line array added
- Mass, COG and nearest pick point indicated for selected source in Loudspeaker Context
- Array length dependent uniform drive output filters for TORUS
- TORUS data validated
and a variety of minor software fixes.
