Cordial expands its range of DMX-AES/EBU multicore cables with the new CMD 4, CMD 12, CMD 16 and CMD 24 cables in addition to the already existing CMD 8 — the number designates the number of pairs within the core. Ideal for DMX light control or digital audio transport, each individual pair in the cables has a spiral shield in combination with a braid of tinned copper wires (double shielding = spiral shielding plus braided shielding) and a tough polyvinyl chloride jacket.
Due to its characteristic 110-ohm impedance, the DMX multicore cable conforms to AES/EBU standards. All feature a high degree of flexibility and excellent protection against interference.
