Epikos Church launched their most recent campus on the north side of Milwaukee at the Barack Obama School. Epikos was established in the beginning of 2005 with the mission of serving a multi-ethic, multi-cultural, and multi-generational congregation. As the church has been growing, new locations have been started and Sven Pro has been an integral part of developing audiovisual systems to support the vision of church.
This new campus was especially challenging because the system needed to be completely mobile and setup quickly for services every week. Sven Pro’s system engineers designed a system specifically for the purpose of high quality sound and performance, but just as importantly, for ease of setup and tear down. Epikos Church has a high standard for the equipment and the professional services that they work with, and after impressing them on their other two campuses time and time again, selecting Sven Pro once more was an easy choice.
One of the most important considerations was the sound system selection. Sven Pro specified six Kling & Freitag Sequenza 5 speakers arranged in a compact line-array setup, and two NOMOS XLT double 18” subs. Paired with transport cases for the speakers and protective covers for the subs, this was ultimately a perfect fit for the location and requirements of the campus. Rounding out the audio system is a Midas Pro 2 with digital snake and a complement of Shure wireless microphones and in ear systems
