SEATTLE — Tommysound, based in Seattle, announces a strategic international partnership with Verity Audio France and SAE Audio of Foshan (Guangdong) China. While Tommysound has been working with both companies for some time and has several installations based on their systems, the new partnership is designed to increase their visibility in the market.
“We’ve been good friends with SAE owner Bill Lee and several key people in their organization for years now. We went to China last year during Prolight + Sound, spent some time at the factory, met with R&D teams and learned more about the manufacturing process. We have several dealerships for these great companies,” notes Tommysound chief engineer Curt Nelson.
“International relationships are key in this business as our world is ever-shrinking and I’ve always been interested in a global presence,” added Tommysound president/founder Tommy Martin. “Having grown up in France, the Verity name is near and dear to me and we wanted to help bring its high quality systems to the worldwide audio community.”
Tommysound is also currently working directly with Verity product engineers to develop a groundbreaking large-format line array system to announce in the near future.
