JOHNS CREEK, GA —Mount Pisgah United Methodist Church in Johns Creek, GA recently added two CL5s and CL1 Digital Audio Console to its sanctuary; a CL5 and CL1 are located at the FOH location and the second CL5 at monitors. The CL console set up enables the church to cascade the two FOH consoles together for the sanctuary’s desired channel count. Muzeek World of Corona, CA was responsible for the upgrade.

“The CL5 will also be used as a broadcast console, set up as a stereo board and integrated with Nuendo for multi-tracking,” says John Sardari, senior AV account manager for Muzeek World.
The 2500-seat Mount Pisgah UMC currently has more than 2500 members in its congregation. Two services are held on Sunday, both traditional and contemporary, with full orchestra and a 100-voice choir along with rhythm section and soloists.
Muzeek World also installed four Rio3224-D input/output boxes; two located back stage and two in the orchestra pit. A Rio1608-D is used in the church video production suite.
Mount Pisgah UMC also has two Yamaha TF5 digital audio consoles in the children’s production spaces and two Yamaha LS9-32s in the youth and school production spaces.
“We are a Yamaha house,” said Mickey Lyons, technical director, Mount Pisgah UMC, “and built our entire audio infrastructure around Dante, integrating well with our SHURE ULX-D and Aviom D800.”
