B&C is now shipping the new 1.4” exit DE990TN and DE1090TN compact format high frequency drivers. Originally previewed at the ProLight & Sound show in Frankfurt, Germany during the spring of 2015, these new drivers are now in full production.

The DE990TN features a 3.4 inch (86mm) CCAW voice coil with optimized phase plug, and full titanium diaphragm. The inside ring neodymium magnet is mounted in a compact 118mm diameter package that is similar in size to typical 2.5 inch (64mm) diaphragm high frequency drivers. The DE1090TN features a 4.0 inch (100mm) CCAW voice coil mounted on a full titanium diaphragm, and features a unique inside ring neodymium magnet. Mounted in a compact 127mm diameter package, the DE1090TN is similar in size to a typical 3.0” (75mm) diaphragm high frequency driver.
