SAE Audio says end users will find its new TX 2-channel power amplifier series to be versatile, efficient and affordable.

More details from SAE Audio (www.saeaudio.com):

The TX series is the best solution for sound reinforcement applications demanding a mid power density device with very good sounding like small to mid size installations or portable PA systems.

Implementing digital (Class D) amplification technology with Power Factor Correction (PFC) along with a Universal AC Mains R-SMPS power supply (100V – 260V) it allows to drawn current from the mains in a more efficient way, translating to a higher output power with a lower power consumption. Additionally PFC improves audio quality by generating lower harmonics of the mains frequency thus reducing the hum and induced distortion because of a perturbed mains.

The TX series includes 5 models with output powers ranging from 750W/2Ω per channel on the TX800 model up to 3300W/2Ω per channel on the TX5200.
