Today, Shaped Music has essentially split itself into several discreet, though overlapping, parts. Owner Rich Werdes describes this move as such, “We understand that our customers have varied needs, so we have divided and streamlined our efforts in order to provide the best and most comprehensive service to all our clients and their varying needs.” To that end, Randy Croissant manages Shaped Music retail sales, the rental department, and backline production, whereas owner Rich Werdes mainly manages their production and installation efforts. Their efforts operate independently, though under the same roof, a roof that covers a huge warehouse on LaPorte Avenue in Fort Collins. It is unique how Shaped Music sees one market segment as no less important than any other and devote equal resources to each.
Shaped Music has elected to carry FBT products for the line’s broad diversity of offerings coupled with incredible sound and performance fits the needs of virtually all customers. Shaped Music has also installed several FBT systems at numerous local venues, including nearby Colorado State University.
