After an extensive engineering work the new PFA Series are coming out from production and they are ready to deliver.
The PFA speaker series are composed by passive and self-powered speakers, designed to deliver high output and dynamics, extreme linearity and fidelity at a very competitive price, making them an affordable solution for the professional market.
Recommended for use in either fixed installations or mobile applications the PFA12 and the PFA15 are effective both as a stage monitor or as a compact FOH system.
Entirely made in Portugal, the PFA series uses superb quality custom made components, mounted on birch plywood enclosures, coated by a scratch resistant textured paint to assure an outstanding sonic performance and extreme mechanical ruggedness.
The heart of the new NEXT-proaudio powered speaker series, is a powerful, 1650Wrms (3300Wpeak), lightweight, highly efficient Class D power amplifier module, with switch mode power supply, that delivers an impressive sonic punch with perfectly balanced, rich and transparent, sound at any volume.
The integrated Networkable DSP incorporates state-of-the-art low noise A/D-D/A converters and provides 8 selectable Presets (6 factory defined and 2 User defined) that can be manually accessed by means of a Preset selector, located on the speaker rear panel or real time accessed and edited by a PC, using the supplied SOUNDWARE software which allows to easily customize the sound program, for various applications or different venues.
The NEXT SOUNDWARE software makes possible to edit each one the 6 pre-loaded Presets saving it subsequently in one of the 2 free memories. Editable parameters are: Input Equalization, Input Delay, Input High-pass/Low-pass filters and the “Bass Enhancer” function. A total of 255 units can be controlled simultaneously by the software through the dedicated network.
To extend the low frequency response of the PFA12, PFA12P, PFA15 and PFA15P full-range loudspeakers, a range of subwoofers is also available, the PFA15S, PFA15SP, PFA18S, PFA18SP.
