LISBON and BRAGA, Portugal — Portuguese installer Sislite provided WORK Pro products for installation projects at the Sofitel hotel in Lisbon and Hotel Mercure in Braga.

In regard to Sofitel hotel, a five star hotel with a total of 163 rooms located on the Avenida da Liberdade in the Portuguese capital, it was made the installation of the sound system in the three different spaces with a generic individual control and mix with WORK Pro products; in particular, Digiline MX digital processors were used for the audio distribution (one per room) plus a fourth device that takes care of the mix.
Each room has IC 6 PRO ceiling speakers and a PA 240 USB/R amplifier, which integrates the amplification and the audio source. Because of the requirements of the installation, one of the rooms needed a higher power level. The installer added ARQ 25 loudspeakers in white colour, thus they blend perfectly with the hotel decor.
As the spaces are meeting rooms, it requires wireless microphones; in particular, the WORK Pro model used for this installation is WRD 4160 AF, with handheld microphone and bodypack transmitter in order to fit the requirements of the customers.
At the Mercure Hotel in Braga, a four star hotel located in the heart of the Portuguese city of Braga, its audio distribution system is prepared for four different areas of the building, everyone designed with WORK Pro products. The system is composed of digital processors with amplification Digiline 8 and IC 6 PRO ceiling speakers; this design makes possible to integrate into a single device both the signal control and the amplification.
This installation also features a digital processor Digiline MX for sending and controlling emergency messages. This installation also has wireless microphone by WORK Pro; in particular, the WRD 250 model, a dual-channel system with handheld microphone and bodypack transmitter.
