VALENCIA, Spain — Acustica Beyma announced promotions within its top management ranks, including the three gents pictured here: from left, Jorge Serrano (R&D department), Pedro Enguidanos (Director of Operations) and Pablo Galvez (Quality Manager).

Jorge Serrano, current Product Manager of the company, has been promoted to the position of Director of Research and Development. In his new role, Jorge Serrano will continue being in charge of the definition of Beyma products portfolio, support to the commercial structures, and overseeing all projects of the Development Department.
Jorge Serrano will oversee the R&D department to align its actions with market and company requirements in order to ensure the role of Acústica Beyma as a global leading edge company within the electro–acoustic field.
Pedro Enguidanos, current Key Account Manager, will add to his duties the role of Director of Operations. With this move, Pedro brings his wide knowledge to the general direction of manufacture and logistic departments. His extensive experience will enable better alignment of essential business processes with the growing needs of the market.
Both Jorge Serrano and Pedro Enguidanos are part of the Board of Directors.
Finally, we need to mention the recent appointment of Pablo Galvez as new Quality Manager. Its main function is to satisfy customer needs and expectations as well as monitor and advise on the performance of the quality management system

– Jorge Serrano is Telecommunications Engineer, specialized in sound and image from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Master in Acoustic Engineering and over 10 years’ experience in the audio industry.
– Pedro Enguidanos is Industrial Engineer and M.A.S. from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. He speaks 5 languages and has an experience of over 16 years in various senior management positions in Beyma, previously worked 7 years as a Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
– Pablo Galvez is Telecommunications Engineer, specialized in acoustics from the University of Alicante. Master in Acoustic Engineering and Lean Manufacturing. Pablo has worked four years in Beyma as a laboratory technician and development engineer.
