AUSTIN, TX — Separate power outages forced the cancellation of three concerts last week — a Keith Urban concert set for Aug. 15 at the Austin360 Amphitheater (the outage resulted from major storms in the Austin, TX area); an Aug. 17 triple-bill featuring Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil, Slaughter and Great White at Ford Pavilion in Beaumont, TX (a traffic accident involving a garbage truck pulled the plug); and an Aug. 17 concert featuring Frankie Beverly & Maze along with the Isley Brothers and Kem at the at the University of New Orleans Lakefront Arena in Louisiana (a power outage affecting the surrounding area included the arena.)
