Panamax/Furman Presents 2011 HES Dealer of the Year Awards

ORLANDO — Panamax/Furman has named AVIO (Troy, MI), DSI Entertainment Systems (Lake Balboa, CA) and Premier Custom Audio & Video (Carmel, IN) as its 2011 Home Entertainment Source (HES) Dealer of the Year Award winners. Panamax/Furman has been a vendor partner of HES — a group of specialty consumer electronics independent dealers — since 2008. The Dealer of the Year Awards were created to recognize HES dealers for using Panamax/Furman’s extensive product line to address all of an installation’s power needs while maximizing profits. Winners were selected based on the growth of their business with Panamax/Furman, and success in representing the BlueBOLT energy management and control platform.

AVIO was honored with an award based on its significant increase in sales over 2010. DSI Entertainment Systems also posted a sizeable year-over-year (YOY) sales increase, with the breadth of the Panamax/Furman line contributing to its profits. Finally, Premier Custom Audio & Video was selected because of its trailblazing approach to presenting BlueBOLT — an approach that has made it one of the top 20 BlueBOLT dealers in the United States.

The annual HES Summit is a four-day event attended by hundreds of A/V specialists and suppliers. The event features an outstanding agenda of educational workshops, networking, and entertainment, and gives HES members and suppliers an opportunity to meet one-on-one to share ideas, learn from their peers, and conduct business planning away from the bustle of other industry trade shows.
