LAS VEGAS — Time to pull together in support of one of our own, as Joe Walden of Sound Connections in Las Vegas had a truck containing a bunch of lighting gear stolen last night (Friday, March 2, 2007). Here are the details: The truck is a 2004 International DL4100 24-foot. White with no company markings. Inside were 56 Vari*Lite fixtures all in gray carpeted road cases.

If you have heard about anyone trying to move a large number of Vari*Lites call the Las Vegas Metro Police or Joe Walden at 702.429.4907.

The truck was stolen last night from in front of Joe's shop in the area of Desert Inn and Valley View in Las Vegas, Nev.
