2025 Event Production Directory (EPD) Now Online

LAS VEGAS - The 2025 edition of the Event Production Directory is now online. There are thousands of companies supporting live entertainment that are categorized by company specialty including lighting, sound, staging, video/projection, pyro, lasers, trucking, buses/coaches - and more than a dozen other show production categories.

FRANKFURT - Now in its 30th year, Prolight + Sound 2025 (held April 8-11) proved it’s still the place to catch what’s next in live production. With over 23,000 attendees from 108 countries, the show spotlighted how far the industry has come.

Clair Global Welcomes Ampco Flashlight Group into Its Global Network

LITITZ, PA - Clair Global announced its acquisition of Ampco Flashlight Group, a Netherlands-based provider of audio, lighting, rigging and motion solutions. Ampco Flashlight and its related companies will continue to operate without a change in name or leadership. Dick van Berkum, CEO of Ampco Flashlight and Troy Clair, CEO of Clair Global welcomed the move.

CHICAGO - Garcia’s, a new 350-capacity venue and restaurant named in tribute to Grateful Dead's Jerry Garcia, is the latest addition to Dayglo Presents’ portfolio of iconic music spaces. It's also the newest showcase for Meyer Sound’s precision audio systems.

MURFREESBORO, TN - Matt Manix, owner of Method Audio, a Tennessee-based audio company specializing in recording and producing live music for broadcast, is an early adopter of DirectOut’s PRODIGY.MC and now uses other PRODIGY products as well.

LIVINGSTON, NJ - Scott Hibbard at Scott Hibbard Audio used several Ashly products to power a center cluster of passive loudspeakers that were part of an effective sound reinforcement system within the gym at Newark Academy, a private school in Livington, NJ for students in grades 6-12.

LONDON - Simon Fox, associate sound designer for the West End production of Mean Girls noted how Fourier Audio’s transform.engine has enhanced the show’s workflow. With transform.engine, his preferred plugins now connect, latency-free, via Dante to the show’s DiGiCo Quantum338T console at FOH. Autograph is the show’s systems supplier.

BLUFFDALE, UT - Listen Technologies Corporation named Stephen Robinson as its new Eastern regional sales manager. Robinson will work with Listen Technologies channel partners, consultants and end-users throughout the Eastern U.S.

FARMINGDALE, NY - Group One Limited has turned to Walnut Creek, CA-based Plus Four Marketing for distribution of DiGiCo, Fourier Audio, KLANG, MC2, Sound Devices, and XTA products in the Pacific Northwest.

GLASGOW, UK - Celtic Park in Glasgow, the home of Celtic Football Club, recently upgraded the electronics for its main PA to an all-Dynacord signal chain.
