LAS VEGAS – When the Sahara casino first opened on Oct. 7, 1952, it was the sixth casino resort on the Las Vegas Strip. The 70-year-old resort’s latest owners have been investing carefully to meet ever-rising expectations for luxury guest experiences, including a new Meyer Sound audio system for the Sahara Theatre installed by New World Audio in June.
