Adlib Provides Gear and Crew for Brand New

Rightway Audio Upgrades Studio Theatre with L-Acoustics dV-DOSC And XT

FUZHOU, Fujian, China - L-Acoustics' Chinese distributor Rightway Audio has supplied the Fujian Broadcasting and TV Center with a dV-DOSC sound reinforcement system for its multi-functional studio theatre. The theatre, which measures close to 10,000 square feet and seats 1,069, hosts large-scale drama and musical TV productions, both live and recorded, as well as conferences and parties.

VASTERAS, Sweden - Swedish rental company Music & Lights has joined the L-Acoustics K1/KUDO pilot program and will take delivery of a system this month. The company joins several other rental outfits around the world that are collaborating with the L-Acoustics R&D team to field test the new system.

LELYSTAD, The Netherlands - Updating the "town crier" of yore, the first Streetcaster screen in Holland is offering audio and visual news reports and public announcements in the city of Lelystad, with the help of Alcons LR7 micro line-arrays. The screen is the first Dutch project for Streetcaster and will be followed by other screens in other Dutch cities.

Meyer Gear Supports Staged Detective Series in Germany

MUNSTER, Germany - A live touring version of a series of German radio plays based on American teen detective novels was supported by a Meyer Sound system with MICA and M'elodie line array loudspeakers. Called Die Drei ??? und der Seltsame Wecker - Live and Ticking, the tour traveled throughout Germany and drew crowds of up to 13,000 people.
